We have always designed our modular and energy-efficient refrigeration units, which can operate with low ammonia charge, CO2 or freon with very low GWP.

The secondary fluid is normally water with food-grade propylene glycol for cooling NT cells or conditioning rooms at 12/18°C.

The operation is in direct expansion in the case of LT cells at -25°C. or tunnel at -40°C.

The compressors are rotary screw type with a pre-assembled or coupled electric motor.

The management is PLC based, and all energy saving devices such as inverters and electronic expansion valves are present.

The remote condenser can be air, adiabatic, water or evaporative type.

The air-cooled condenser mainly consists of a tropicalized coil with large exchange surfaces and electronic fans with a variable-capacity to ensure low consumption and low noise.

The adiabatic condensers are the evolution of the air condensers because the coil is vertical with "V" geometry and they are equipped with a special system that nebulises the water and keeps the condensation pressure low in the heat peaks. It benefits efficiency and consequently, electricity consumption.

Water-cooled condensers consist of a shell and tube or plate heat exchanger. The cooling of the appropriately treated water takes place with an evaporation tower when well water is not available. This is the system most used in large systems because it allows a low refrigerant charge and good performance in the summer period.

In case of evaporative condensers, the refrigerant exchanger is located directly inside the evaporative tower. Used on medium to large plants, this system guarantees very high linear efficiencies.


Also called condensing units, compact refrigeration units are refrigeration units that combine the condenser, compressors and the electrical panel in a single unit.

Used mainly for convenience and space reasons, compact refrigeration units can be equipped direct expansion freon or CO2 or food-grade glycol in the chiller version.

The high efficiency is guaranteed by the large surfaces of the condensing coils tested in desert climates that can be equipped with the adiabatic system.

Also known by the acronym AHU, air handling units are used in the food industry to conditioning, and provide regular aeration of working environment limiting the spread of bacteria inside and pollution from outside thanks to the modulated pressurization of the environment itself.

Made of stainless steel or fiberglass, they can be pre-assembled, or monocoque with cataphoresis treated copper or AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel heat exchange coils.

The centrifugal-type fan is always directly coupled and free of belt and volute for safety and cleaning operations.

Sanitization, which normally takes place with alcohol-based products that are very effective against viruses and bacteria, can be manual or automatic and is facilitated both by easy access and by the presence of rounded edges with sloping floors and drainage drains.

Energy saving is guaranteed by a sophisticated "free cooling" system that automatically uses, at certain times of the day, only the enthalpy of the external air to condition without cold refrigeration.


Particularly suitable for the homogeneous distribution of large quantities of air without creating harmful drafts.

Therefore, used in processing rooms or in the maturation of food products, they can spread large quantities of cold and heat in a uniform and totally hygienic way because they can be disassembled and washed.

Made of reticular and reinforced polyester fabric, particularly suitable to be microperforated with laser technology and for frequent washing during the period of use of about ten years.

Mainly used in NT and LT cold rooms, the latest generation of air evaporators are designed and built to resist corrosion, but above all for minimum energy consumption with electronic modulation fans and hot liquid recovery or electrical defrosting system with differentiated resistances with rising hot air current.

The static type evaporators are made entirely of stainless steel with treated copper coils and PVC condensing tank. They are used in particular environments such as static defrosting or the artisan seasoning of typical products where they are equipped with a hot glycol microcircuit to control the dehumidification phase.


Built with double door and IP 55 protection degree, the electrical panels are in AISI 304 stainless steel when installed in the room and in painted steel when installed in special technical rooms.

Special seals seal the cable entry, and an efficient thermostatic ventilation system ensures the efficiency of thermal relays, transformers, inverters and disconnectors.

The PLCs for the control, regulation and remote assistance of the operating parameters of each plant are programmed in a personalized way to the customer's needs.
