Thanks to an in-depth tour beside some of our Italian customers carried out by the most important Belarusian producers of Maasdam cheese, Standard Tech has been designated for the realisation of two maturing systems tested in 2020 despite the difficulties due to the pandemic situation.
Maasdam is a Dutch cheese made with cow milk and matured for a period of 4 weeks meanwhile internally typical holes will appear and externally a smooth and yellow crust will take shape.
In competition with the most prestigious Dutch and French contenders, Standard Tech with Techno-flux system 2020 version has achieved better accuracies for a capillary and uniform air diffusion with constant termo hygrometry in every corner of the ripening warehouses to obtain a homogeneous maturation for every cheese head.
